Guttridge Limited is a growing, local company. This is a genuine opportunity for the right candidate to have and develop a successful career. We are currently seeking skilled MIG and TIG Welder Fabricators to join our team. This role is for a full-time position over 39 hours with opportunities to work overtime.

Hourly rate: £13.38 – £16.50

Additional enhanced rates: Available for skilled TIG and MIG Welders

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to weld all thicknesses of steel.

• Carrying out fabrication tasks using hand tools and machines including drilling, countersinking, tapping and cutting steel sections.
• Reading and working from CAD drawings.
• Knowledge of working to ISO9001 standards
• Producing high quality products right first time
• Experience with overhead cranes/lifting equipment (desirable but not essential)

Skills and Attributes

• Strong fabrication and welding ability.

• Good communicator at all levels
• Reliable with excellent time keeping
• Able to work independently using own initiative
• Good housekeeping and commitment to safe working practices
• Basic tool kit required
