Spalding Flower Parade used to be an annual fixture for over 50 years, bringing together communities locally and nationwide. The event was celebrated with tulip-covered floats interspersed with local marching bands, entertainers, and jugglers marching their way through the streets of Spalding led by the Flower Queen and her attendants. However, in 2013 this much-loved event ceased due to lack of funding.
