Paul Gott to take over as Sales and Marketing Director….
Paul, an apprentice trained mechanical engineer, brings extensive director level experience in sales & marketing, having held senior commercial positions at Weir Group, Bridon International and Speedyhire plc. A hallmark of his career has been international business development which will be a key area for expansion at Guttridge. We will also be developing a more strategic approach to our marketing, building on the Guttridge & Carier brands, and undertaking research to better understand the needs of our customers. We will use this information to develop a more rigorous approach to the introduction of new products. Paul says “the team of people here at Guttridge match the enthusiasm, passion & professional approach of the best teams I have previously worked with in much larger organisations. I look forward to working with everybody here at Guttridge to grow this business into a bigger & much more profitable organisation.”
