At Cereals 2011, Guttridge will be launching Carier Care, a new service that will deliver best practise solutions to maintenance and breakdown issues in grain storage facilities. Guttridge partner Tripp Batt will deliver Carier Care in the East Anglia region to reduce equipment breakdown during the critical harvest period and minimise unplanned downtime. The services offered range from emergency spares part supply, planned spares, system diagnostics leading to improvement of operating efficiencies. It also includes preventative maintenance regimes and performance based contract maintenance. The Carier Care team of experienced, professional and fully qualified engineers have a comprehensive understanding of plant conditions and machinery requirements and will agree with the customer a detailed servicing schedule to fit around the customer’s schedule and enable continued optimum performance of their production process. They will also be available to provide emergency breakdown cover and spares supply.
