Guttridge participated in the EES-sponsored project with a group of Year 12 students from Spalding Grammar School.

Guttridge participated in the Engineering Education Scheme (EES), partnering with Year 12 students from Spalding Grammar School. The students were assigned to construct an En-Masse conveyor test bed, providing them hands-on experience and valuable insights into the industry. Although they didn't win prizes at the Celebration Day, all participants were honored with Industrial Cadets Gold awards, highlighting their dedication and achievements.
