I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your continued business through 2014. We really do value each and every interaction with you, and your feedback, personal expertise and market leading experience help us become a better company.
In 2014, we continued to build our business processes, products and systems. We have made significant investments in new ERP planning and scheduling systems and I hope you have seen the benefits of this through the year with more consistent delivery capability and information flow. Our technical sales and engineering teams have been working closely together to bring higher levels of 2D drawing and 3D modelling. This, combined with a major investment in a design drawing vault to support product and data control, not only helps us internally to bring more consistency of design and build capability, but aids in supporting the complex logistics and supply chain challenges that we need to manage in order to deliver our customised solutions to meet our customers۪ needs. I know we have worked closely with many of you this year to develop products and solutions and I hope this has proven valuable to you.
Last, and definitely not least, we continue to invest in our employees those with years of experience as well as new recruits – who each bring significant experience and skills with them. I trust their interaction with each of you has continued to be supportive. I am very proud of each of our employees and I believe their passion, skill and integrity is what adds the most to the brand value of Guttridge.
