Modular Design

The Guttridge Bucket Elevator is modular in design, modular components ensure compatibility, ease of future upgrades, and serviceability through easy access to serviceable working parts. Care has been taken to ensure that the connections between modular sections minimise water ingress, protecting both the material being handled and critical machine components vastly improving both the longevity & performance of the elevator.

Increased Safety

Guttridge Bucket Elevators were designed with operator safety in mind, employing sensors to monitor machine diagnostics. This allows for the prompt detection of issues such as belt alignment, enabling an engineer to safely power down the machine for inspection. Additionally, inspection panels can be electronically latched to remain secured until the machine has stopped rotating entirely, regardless of the power state, further enhancing safety.
