GTX En-masse Eleveyors

Gentle en-masse conveying for delicate products

En-masse Elevators can be installed with bend sections enabling horizontal-to-vertical or horizontal-to-inclined configurations to be specified. In this continuous flow En-masse conveyor the material is moved slowly within the casing, as a core propelled by skeleton flights (in various forms depending on material) fitted to a base chain which is selected to suit the materials to be conveyed.

Guttridge GTX En-masse Eleveyor Range

Guttridge En-masse Eleveyors are versatile machines, popular in applications where a more delicate handling of product is required and space may be a limitation. Through thousands of hours of on-site operation, Guttridge has refined its En-Masse range to offer machines with low lifetime operating costs, minimal maintenance, and high throughput.

Adaptive & Compact Design

The Guttridge En-masse Eleveyor is an extremely versatile conveyor with a relatively narrow casing cross-section, capable of efficiently moving material across complex layouts, even in cases where material feed and factory layout restrictions apply. With its ability to handle horizontal-to-inclined and horizontal-to-vertical configurations, the En-masse Eleveyor is suitable for many applications where space constraints prevent the use of conventional conveyors.

Gentle on Product

Guttridge En-masse Eleveyors move product ‘in mass,’ resulting in minimal product agitation and making them ideal for delicate or fragile materials that require extra care. Because of this, En-masse Eleveyors are the perfect choice for elevating malted barley and grist at various stages in the distilling process, though they are suitable for any product needing careful handling. High levels of throughput can be achieved while maintaining the gentle, en-masse movement of the product.
