Guttridge GTX Screw Discharger Range

Guttridge bulk bin dischargers are designed to remove material from storage bins or hoppers at an even and predetermined rate to downstream process machinery. Various parameters can be adjusted to achieve the required flow rate and agitation. They provide a low-cost, versatile bulk bin discharge facility with numerous applications in manufacturing and processing factories.

Heavy Duty Spur Gears

Features:  

  • Multiple screw dischargers feature opposite handed screws arranged via heavy duty spur gears to contra-rotate, this prevents excessive material buildup from occurring on one side of the bin

Inlets

Guttridge Screw Bin Dischargers and Screw Feeders are primarily aimed at the animal feed milling, pet foods and general industrial markets, including biomass, waste and recycling.

Overflow Protection

Features:  

  • Overflow protection is usually by means of a pressure pad located over the outlet to detect material buildup

  • Other options are available to suit particular requirements

Rotation Sensor*

Features:  

  • Under speed rotation sensor available for belt slip detection, with Whirligig mounting
  • Rotation sensor fitted at tail end
