Guttridge Bulk Bag Fillers offer an efficient, accurate and dust free means of filling a wide range of bulk bag sizes, either with or without liners.
The compact bulk bag filling system is dust free and designed for use with pallet and fork trucks.
Varied to Suit Customer Requirements
The unit is constructed with a framework to support the FIBC from its 4 loops during the filling process.
The frame incorporates 2 arms which the loops fit over and allows the filled Bulk Bag to be picked up by fork lift truck, such that the loops slide off the arms as the Bulk Bag is removed. The support arms are height adjustable to accept smaller bags.
An inflatable pneumatic seal is used to connect the bag inlet to te stainless steel filling head, which also features connection ports for an optional line inflation system. The weighing system uses for shear beam laod cells linked to a digital weight indcator, set point controller and PLC for easy intergration into plant control systems where required.
A wide range of conveying and elevating systems, with easy-clean features if required, is available to allow a complete system to be configured.
