Not only do we consider longevity, ease of installation and reliability but we understand that these machines need to be easy to maintain. Key to this is that most of our machines are not simply “off-the-shelf” solutions. In fact, although we do offer a range of standard machines, most of our machines are built for your application and reflect the specific requirements of every customer. We aim to design our equipment to offer the lowest whole life cost in the marketplace.
This is relatively simple to do, as when we design the machines, we know where the high wear areas are likely to be, so we make sure that we provide ease of access to those areas. But we also make sure that, if there is an issue further from the typical problem areas, we can still access that in a relatively straightforward and easy way.
It is a priority for us making sure that our machines can be installed quickly, easily and cost-effectively for our customers and routine maintenance is kept to a minimal level that can be completed quickly to reduce the amount of machine downtime allowing our customers to be operational for longer periods improving their productivity and efficiencies.
We have over 50 years of experience of bulk materials handling equipment and we have a very skilled workforce that knows what they are doing, so that’s why we have opted to create unique, custom-made machines and, to do this and to retain our employees, we have kept our training levels very high to ensure that we have one of the most highly trained workforces in the industry.
